Set up your numbers and log expenses, operations, and payments by chatting with Tita — by text, voice, or photo.
The fastest way to use Tita is over WhatsApp: you write to it like a person and it records the expense, operation, or payment in the right place. It understands text, voice notes, and photos (receipts, statements, transfer confirmations).
Set up your numbers
Every WhatsApp number that writes to Tita must be linked to your account. If you created your account from WhatsApp, your number is already linked. To add another (say, your partner's):
- Open the WhatsApp section in Tita.
- Add the number in international format (e.g. +54 9 11 5555-5555) and, optionally, a name to identify it.
- Done: that person can now message Tita from that phone and everything is saved to the same account.
Log an expense
Tell Tita the expense in your own words. It assigns it to the right concepto and month and confirms. You can also send a voice note or a photo of the receipt.
Check your data
Ask how much you spent, on what, or how the month is going. Tita answers with your real numbers — it never makes figures up.
Net worth, statements, and payments
Log buys, sells, and swaps; send a card statement; or forward a transfer receipt to mark a payment as done.
Mark a payment as done
When you've paid something, forward Tita the transfer receipt. It finds the matching pending bill by vendor and amount, marks it paid, and saves the receipt.
Formats it understands
- Amounts: «30k», «30,000», or «$30,000» — all work.
- Currencies: if the concepto is in dollars and you give pesos, it converts at the MEP rate.
- Dates: «today», «yesterday», «on Tuesday», «in March» — if you don't say, it uses the current month.
- Confirmations: when it asks, «yes», «no», or «the March one» is enough.
